Grocery stores, laundromats, and Columbia University are just around the corner, so everything is within walking distance, but you can come home to a quiet space. Utilities are usually around $50. We also have a cleaning person come twice a month, and everyone pitches in $40. 1-month deposit to be returned when you move out.
