What tenants pay

Linnhaus does not charge tenants to find or enquire about a room.

  • Searching, filtering and enquiring is free.
  • The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees.
  • The displayed monthly price includes the Linnhaus service fee. There is no booking fee. Due when accepted: your security deposit. First month's rent is charged separately on your move-in date.
  • When you reserve, your card is authorized for the deposit (not charged). If the operator accepts, the deposit is collected and held by Linnhaus in a separate account until move-out, then returned within 14 days minus approved deductions.
