Reserving a room

When you reserve, your card is authorized for the deposit (not charged). If the operator accepts, the deposit is collected and held by Linnhaus in a separate account until move-out, then returned within 14 days minus approved deductions.

The operator has 48 hours to accept or decline.

After move-out

The operator has 7 days after move-out to submit a deduction claim with a reason and photos. Linnhaus reviews every claim; only approved deductions are paid to the operator. We return the rest to you by bank transfer and email you an itemized statement.

If declined or unanswered

The authorization is released in full. Card authorizations may expire after seven days.
