Cancellation Policy

Before the operator accepts: free, hold released. After acceptance: free cancellation up to 14 days before move-in (deposit refunded in full). Within 14 days of move-in: deposit is non-refundable.

Acceptance window: The operator has 48 hours to accept your reservation. If the operator declines or does not respond within 48 hours, your security deposit hold is released in full. There is no booking fee.
