First floor walk up on the upper east side. 5-10 minutes to the Q ad 10-15 minutes to the 6 train. convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment is on the back of the building facing an alley so it is very quiet. There is a laundry room in the building. I am a very chill and quiet person and very easy to share space with. I look forward to hearing from you.
