It's a quiet, extremely safe block and an easy 5-minute walk to the B/C and 1/2/3 trains. About the Space: • Private gated entrance • Spacious living room • Full kitchen with dishwasher • Big-screen TV + high-speed WiFi • Apple TV with Hulu, Prime, Max, etc. • Fully furnished bedroom (ready to move in) Dates: December 14 - February 27 Rent: $1700 per month (all utilities included) Who You'd Be Living With: The second bedroom is occupied by one respectful tenant with a very sweet small dog.
