Private Bedroom on the Upper East Side - As Early as November-July | $1,800/month Looking for a male roommate in their 20s to sublet my private bedroom in a great 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the Upper East Side. The room is available as early as November through July, with flexibility on the exact move-in date and sublet length. The apartment is shared with two other male roommates in their 20s. It has a full living room and full kitchen. The bedroom is a private room with two regular windows for lots of natural light, plus a plexiglass window above them that can and has been covered for privacy. The room does not have a traditional closet, but it has an armoire for clothing/storage. The room comfortably fits a full-size bed and can also accommodate a queen-size bed. Apartment details: Upper East Side 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom 2nd-floor walk-up Full living room Full kitchen AC unit Laundromat a few doors down Close to the Q train at 72nd St Close to the 4 train at 68th St Rent: $1,800/month Utilities: Water and heat included. Gas, electric, and internet are separate and typically total around $50-60/month per person. Furnished or unfurnished: The room can come unfurnished, furnished, or partially furnished. Availability: As early as November through July. Ideally looking for someone to take over the remainder of the lease through July, but I'm also flexible with a shorter sublet depending on the length of stay.
