Private room with shared bathroom in Upper East Side – Utilities included

Private furnished room available in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. The apartment is about a 2 minute walk from Central Park, with easy access to the 6 and Q trains. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, closet, desk/workspace, curtains and a tower fan. You'll also have access to a spacious shared living room with ac and kitchen, large bathroom, and in-unit washer & dryer. WiFi and all utilities are included. Ideally looking for someone who needs the room short-term, anywhere from 1 week to 1 month. There may also be an option to extend depending on availability. The apartment is shared, so I'm looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing. Feel free to message me with the dates you're looking for and a little about yourself. Happy to send more details or arrange a viewing.
